Do I provide the equipment & materials for the Cleaners use?​

  • This is entirely your choice.

How can I pay?​

  • We accept cash or BACS payments. For our regular clients monthly Invoices are sent.

​​Can I specify a time for my cleaning?​

  • ​​Of course. We will always try to accommodate your requirements.​​

Will I have the same Cleaner each time?​

  • We always aim for you to have the same Cleaner however there will be occasions where they will be on holiday or sickness. We ask all of our Clients to fill out a check-list of tasks so the continuity of the clean will be the same.​

I am not going to be at home when the Cleaner arrives.

  • The majority of our Clients are at work. We are key-holders.The keys are not distinguishable by the household.

​What Insurance do you have in place?​

  • Up to £1million of cover against accidental damage to your property or belongings.

Can I change the tasks from week to week?​

  • Yes you can.​ There is a task check-list that is unique to your clean- you can alter this each time the Cleaner is due.​​

Can I trust the Cleaner?

  • We check their personal documentation and obtain references. They are also DBS checked.
